Me
Oh wait I actually have to be seen in public too?
Guess I am going to have to do a little something to myself, besides brush my teeth, in order to not frighten the other children.  I guess I better call for my Fairy Godmother to come help me with this mess.  Oh wait she never showed up for the dirty diapers or the poop in the bath tub or the paint on the couch or the broken autographed bat, so I guess I need to find something quick and easy to make it to and through the next 5 to 7 hours of baseball.  That is where my love affair with tinted moisturizer began.  I used Clinique’s Almost Makeup for years, but I decided it really just did not do much besides give me SPF and a really greasy look.  So I did without for quite some time.   One day while talking with a friend she told me I would love Laura Mercier’s tintedmoisturizer!  Oh boy was she RIGHT!  It gives a great sheer coverage with SPF 20 and a bit of a shimmer that I L O V E, but I bought it for my Spring/Summer/Fall/Baseball Season skin tone not for my nasty, pasty, worst time of year skin tone.  So winter freaking came and I just looked at my Laura Mercier tinted moisturizer laying there, calling my name.  No I did not go out and buy another tube in a different shade like normal people would do, I just felt sorry for myself for not being tan, then along came some YouTube videos about BB Creams.  Everyone, okay most everyone, loved Garnier’s BB Cream.  Once a Garnier coupon and an Ulta Coupon appeared in the same newspaper coupon section I decided I might really have a Fairy Godmother because I would totally love to have a product that did 3 plus things for 7ish dollars!  Guess what…  No Fairy Godmother has shown up yet, but I really like this product!  During the week I use it as my moisturizer and primer, but on the weekends it is all I need, if you don’t count eye shadow and mascara, oh and some lip something or other.
With that situation under control I am now a mission to solve another world problem, oops I mean mom problem.  What to do about these legs that look like I flocked them instead of the Christmas tree.  Since it isn’t 1999 anymore I know that tanning beds are not the solution to my problem, I must find the perfect self tanner…  I have tried 3 or 4 that were okay.  I like the color of the one that I am using now, but not the smell…
Have you found the perfect self tanner to transition you from Pasty Snow  to Sexy Farmer Tan?  I NEED HELP!
Also, do you have the same make-up routine for the weekend activities as you do for Monday through Friday?  What are your favorite tinted moisturizers and BB Creams?
